Description

TECHMI BIO 1000 is a fermentation control system with a 1000 liter stainless steel fermenter designed for biotechnological production.
It is an ideal equipment for small productions or the scale-up of larger productions used as an intermediate step of scale-up fermentation trains.
It can be in dual presentation with two 1000 liter fermenters.

Technical Details

TECHMI BIO 1000 1000L tank: the main material is all 316L stainless steel tank, no dead angle in the tank. - Working volume 800L-900L. It can be in dual presentation with two 1000liters fermenters. - It is equipped with special sampling and discharge valves for fermentation tanks and transfer piping. - It has a liquid level observation system through a wide viewing angle glass. - 12V safety light. - Temperature, PH, DO, defoamer, liquid level interface, inoculation port, feed port and multiple spare ports. - Discharge port, discharge port sampling, power port. - The five electrodes for automatic control parameters. - Automatic peristaltic pumps for replenishing acid/alkali/foam foam/culture agent. - Automatic tank lid lifting system - Siemens S7-200 series PLC control system. - 10” LCD touch screen.
