Architectural modeling in BIM
We offer BIM modeling services for projects of different types and at various levels of detail (LOD). Our work can start from preliminary sketches, concept plans, existing 2D CAD drawings, geometries exported in .ifc format, or data obtained through 3D laser scans. MEP design and modeling

Industrial digitization DM BOOK 4.0

With our Asset Management software, you will have access to a complete digital book of the building, containing detailed information on all assets, with the ability to attach various types of files or documents (PDF, JPG, Excel, among others). This system facilitates the management of the building's life cycle by integrating with CMMS/GMAO (Computer Aided Maintenance Management) platforms.

The Preventive Maintenance function centralizes all work orders for periodic maintenance of equipment, specifying the tasks to be carried out by technicians in each intervention.

This system acts as a life sheet for the equipment, unifying all the controls and actions performed throughout its useful life, thus improving efficiency in maintenance management.
