Automatic cap feeding system

The cap feeder is a system where the caps are deposited in bulk in a hopper and are lifted and accommodated by an automatic selector that feeds them directly to the cap placer through a down chute. The structure of the cap feeder is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. The speed of the feeding belt is controlled by means of an electronic speed variator. The system has an optical sensor that determines the flow rate of caps to be supplied and automatically starts and stops the feeder.
