CONTAINER FEEDER PLATE

Rotary container feeder

Rotary plate for feeding empty containers to packaging machines, lungs or collecting full containers.

The rotary container feeder is a turntable system where the containers are manually deposited and gently fed to the container infeed of the machine or production line. They are also used at the end of lines for the accumulation of finished product or in intermediate systems such as the lungs of production lines.

-The structure of the container feeder is entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel. -The speed of the feeder plate is controlled by means of an electronic speed variator. -The system has an optical sensor that determines the flow rate of containers to be supplied and is responsible for starting and stopping the feeder automatically. -Robust and versatile design: Made of stainless steel or materials suitable for industries with strict hygiene standards, such as food and pharmaceutical. -Compatible with a wide range of containers: plastic, metallic, glass, among others. -Adjustable capacity: Available in different bowl sizes (e.g. 800 mm, 1000 mm, or more), depending on the volume and type of containers to be processed. -Controlled speed: Speed regulation to adapt to the requirements of the production line. -Quiet and efficient operation: Low noise motors and optimized energy consumption for long working days. -Easy integration: Compatible with different production line configurations, such as filling, closing or labeling. -Adjustable height and output for connection to conveyors. -Safety systems: Sensors to stop operation in case of obstructions or failures. -Easy maintenance: Modular design for easy cleaning and access to key parts of the equipment. -Nominal voltage: 220V 50HZ -Power: 0.5 KW -Size: 800 mm x 800 mm x 850 mm (length x width x height). -Machine weight: 120KG -Cadence: 20/120 containers per minute
