AUTOMATIC LABELING SYSTEM

Automatic labeling machine, we have automatic labeling systems adaptable to various containers and industries, from systems: front and bottom, wrapping, top labeling, security seals or special systems for specific products.

The HP300LC equipment is a labeling system for flat or elliptical containers, it is provided with a conveyor belt of 2.00m x 190mm approximate measures, the containers are aligned with side rails, 1 head of 8” high application. The equipment is managed by a PLC, in which the working parameters of the different products to be labeled are recorded. The equipment has an emergency stop. Estimated speed up to 120 products per minute, depending on the work with container and label samples. Wraparound module for cylindrical containers.
