We have bead mills for wet grinding, from 3-liter laboratory equipment to 100-liter equipment.
1. Equipped with control box.
2. Equipped with cabinet on the left side of sand mill.
3. A separate power cabinet to install frequency inverter and contactors.
4. Main electrical parts: Schneider.
5. Main IDCT light in the control box: mill power IDCT, pump power IDCT, power IDCT.
6. Main switch and button: pump start, pump stop, mill switch, emergency stop.
7. Main meter: amperage meter (digital display).

3. Working volume: 100L.
4.Disc type; shaft speed at 800 rpm, driven by belt and pulley, disc diameter.325mm*8 pcs, thickness: 15mm; double end mechanical seal.
5. Diaphragm air pump (DN25), air consumption: 6kg/cm2.
6. With cooling system for grinding container by two segments separately (spiral cover for maximum heat exchange efficiency) and cooling pipe for discharge outlet.
7. Disc material: hardened alloy (HRC>65), inner grinding container: anti-wearing alloy; outer container: ss304 with mirror polishing.
8. Suggested zirconia beads: suggested grinding media: zirconia beads: 1.0-1.2 mm for fine grinding, 1.4-1.6 mm for coarse grinding; DN 95% purity zirconia beads. Electrical control system.
Ideal for the wet milling process of fertilizers, concentrated suspensions, chemicals, stitches and any product that requires wet micronization.
