The liquid fertilizer formulation plants are designed to formulate fertilizers with the highest quality, have solid and liquid aggregate systems and the possibility to save the formulation recipes and repeat them exactly keeping the formulation and process variables.
TECHMI high shear in-line mixers are extremely efficient and fast in operation and are capable of reducing mixing times by up to 90%. The action of any in-line mixer can be modified with the use of quickly interchangeable working heads. This allows any machine to mix, emulsify, homogenize, solubilize, suspend, disperse and disintegrate solids.
Direct connection by coupling.
1: One set of rotor and stator cutting group in working chamber.
2: With built-in cooling jacket system for chamber and mechanical seal.
3: With double end mechanical seal and seal lubrication system (with pressurized tank, liquid level sensor and sight glass): inner and outer seal: tungsten carbide O-rings inside mechanical seal: FKM.
4: Mechanical seal fluid: 70% water + 30% glycol, to lubricate the mechanical seal and use cooling water to cool the fluid.
With plate heat exchanger to cool the fluid 5: Wetting part sealing rings: Viton encapsulated in PTFE 6: All metal wetting parts -Stator, Rotor inlet outlet nozzle- SS304, Flange: SS304.
-Driven power: 22kw-2P motor, 380V-50HZ-3PH, motor output speed: 2900rpm.
-Rotor speed: 0-3000rpm, Peripheral speed: 0-38M/S, with inverter speed setting (22KW Toshiba brand).
