The feeder is responsible for collecting drums or bottles from an initial hopper or tank and arranges them to enter the production line efficiently. Its design is adaptable to various container types and sizes, making it a flexible solution for different industries.
-The linear container feeder is a system where the containers are deposited on a conveyor belt system that generates a back and forth movement feeding the containers smoothly into the machine or production line. The structure of the container feeder is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
-The speed of the feeding belt is controlled by means of an electronic speed variator.
-The system has an optical sensor that determines the flow rate of containers to be supplied and is responsible for starting and stopping the feeder automatically.
-The feeder is large enough to unload a layer of pallet containers.
