The linear feeder for jars, drums and bottles
The TECHMI Group’s linear bottle and jar feeder is an equipment formed by linear conveyor belts with variable speed control that allows feeding high production packaging lines or those that need a larger buffer of feeding containers, optimizing process times.
The containers are deposited on a conveyor belt system that generates a back and forth movement feeding smoothly the container infeed to the machine or production line. The structure of the container feeder is entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel. The speed of the feeding belt is controlled by means of an electronic speed variator. The system has an optical sensor that determines the flow of containers to be supplied and automatically starts and stops the feeder.
The feeder is large enough to discharge a layer of pallet containers.
