Technical Details

The automatic formulation plant has a double mixer and disperser system. Its automatic control configuration allows you to save recipes of active ingredients addition, mixing and dispersion, being able to vary and control time, speed, temperature parameters, etc. This allows to keep the record and traceability of each process or formulation Bach, which guarantees the accuracy between batches of formulations avoiding possible operator errors. The aggregates of the active ingredients are cubed by means of load cells, either solids or liquids. The formulation plant can store more than 100 recipes of different formulations, controlling their variables and repeating them each time the recipe is selected, achieving traceability in each process.
